NATION'S TOP DEALERS

We will have hundreds of tables of the countries leading dealers of vintage and modern sports cards, TCG, collectibles, Funkos, autographs, framing, and supplies. Additionally, many of the leading auction houses, grading card companies, and authenticators will be on hand at the Show.

AUTOGRAPH GUESTS

Our show has one of the top sports autograph lineups in the country. The show will have 60+ sports stars from all the major sports, pop culture and more. For a list of Players signing day and time click on the Friday, Saturday, or Sunday tabs at top of the page. ALL of the Guests that will be appearing that day are posted with full info and pricing. Signing times will be posted closer to the show.

GRADING & AUTHENTICATION COMPANIES

CGC Cards, JSA, BECKETT & PSA

There will be several of the nation's top Grading and Authentication companies attending our show. However, they are independent contractors so you would need to contact them directly to see what their services will be during show hours.

ARRIVE EARLY / SPEND THE DAY

We encourage arriving early to the show, especially if you have not collected your Autograph tickets yet. Once you have your admission and autograph tickets, you will be responsible for them from that point on and will not need to stand in pick-up lines again.

Over 400 Vendor tables of merchandise & collectibles, consisting of trading cards, autographed memorabilia and other sport/non-sport items . 

The Donald E Stephens Convention Center has a parking garage across the street, parking is $15 per day. It may take a bit to get your admission and autograph tickets so give yourself enough time. Please be aware, there are NO REFUNDS for ADMISSION TICKETS.

If you are taking advantage of our online pre-sale it will begin October 1, 2024 and will end November 18, 2024. After that date, all tickets, admissions, PHOTO OP, JSA, ETC, can be purchased AT THE SHOW. The BUY AUTOGRAPH TICKET TAB is the live Store where ALL tickets can be purchased (starting October 1st).

Buy Autograph Tickets tab is the store. Guest autograph, admission, and more are available there.. Ordering pre-sale tickets is quick and simple. First, you want to REFRESH the screen so that any new guests or corrections that have been added have been updated. Then, click on the Buy Autograph Tickets tab to bring you into the LIVE STORE. Once inside all items are listed in ABC order. To make it quicker for you to find your guest, click the drop down box on left to display the various categories. Choose your category (Fri, Sat, Sun, VIP, Admission, Sneak Peek, 3-Day Pass, Authentication JSA, Etc.) Once you choose a ticket, click on it and a drop down box will fall so you can choose the amount of tix you wish to purchase. OR you can use the SEARCH FEATURE at the TOP RIGHT in the store (the Magnifying Glass) to type the tickets you want by name or category. ADD to the cart.

Continue to shop until ALL YOUR CHOICES are in ONE cart. You will have a chance to preview your cart BEFORE you check out. Please take the time to carefully do so. Then, follow the check out process. You can use all major credit cards at checkout.

If you have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to call our Customer Service line at 954-227-1565. Once you check out and pay, we are UNABLE to alter the order so please take your time. If a change has to be made, we will have to cancel and refund your order, and you will have to start again.

PRODUCT DEFINITION

Flat Item: A flat item is a trading card, (RC=Rookie Card), photograph, magazine, book, newspaper, pennants or poster.  Note: Some guests have size restrictions on their "flat" item. Check individual guest pricing for details. **Baseballs and mini helmets tend to fall in the "flat" pricing category unless otherwise noted. 

All Other Items:  Any item that doesn't fall in the flat item category listed  above. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: full size helmets, bobble heads, statues and figurines in packages, caps, batting helmets, shoes,  misc. equipment, footballs, basketballs, bats, jerseys, gloves, and loose numbers. Sometimes it can be considered Premium items too. 

Artwork:  Artwork is not considered a "flat item" but is usually considered in the "All Other Items" category. Some guests have a separate price category  for "Artwork," which would be listed separately under their pricing structure. 

Inscriptions:  Any  written verbiage outside of a guest's basic autograph limited to a maximum of 3 words such as HOF '98, MVP 2015, WS Champs. AN INSCRIPTION TICKET IS NOT AN AUTOGRAPH TICKET SO ONE MUST BE PUCHASED TO USE THE INSCRIPTION TICKET.

Inscription tickets must be accompanied by an autograph ticket. Guests will NOT add an inscription to a previously signed item. 

Photo Op:  A professional photo of you and your guest will be taken. You will access your photo image online at the top of our website under the PHOTO OP GALLERY TAB. If you would like a hard glossy 8x10 copy of the photo, you can advance purchase it during pre-sale under the BUY AUTOGRAPH TICKETS tab or purchase a "Photo Op Print Off" ticket at the ticket booth for $10 additional.  For a celebrity guest photo op, up to 4 people may be included in the one photograph. Generally, photo ops take place 15-20 minutes prior to the guest's sign time.  Photo op lines are generally on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. However, if a guest has sold over 25 tickets, we normally will call numbers based on your ticket. However, VIP's ALWAYS line up first, no matter how many tickets are sold.

(No cell phone photography allowed in photo op booth.)

Refund and Exchange Policy:

If an athlete should cancel their appearance, you can come to the ticket booth for a full refund or exchange.  You must provide us your UNUSED tickets and receipt in order for the refund or exchange to occur. NO REFUNDS FOR ADMISSIONS.  If a player should cancel their appearance during PRE-SALE, then we will automatically refund all cancelled guests back to the card used.  If you've collected your tickets, you must either come to the ticket booth or reach out to us PRIOR to the show ending, to let us know you have the tickets and how you will get them to us for a full refund. NEVER THROW OUT UNUSED OR CANCELLED TICKETS. There needs to be communication once you've accepted the tickets at the TICKET BOOTH if exchanging or refunding.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our new Payment Processing System,* all refunds of PRE-SALE tickets will be completed within 3 business days upon the completion of the show.

*Pre-paid orders cannot be refunded on the credit card machines we use during the show, so it must be refunded where it was originally purchased (ONLINE) after the conclusion of the Show. 

Please allow 5-10 business days after a REFUND has been PROCESSED for it to appear on your bank statement.  

PLEASE NOTE: The Chicago Sports Spectacular is  NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please check your order at the booth before walking away.  Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.  Treat your tickets like money. Do not throw away your tickets/order form if you plan to exchange or return them.

If you are purchasing a PHOTO OP ticket, please know you are paying for a DIGITAL image we store on our website for you to download to your cell, PC or laptop. If you would like a HARD COPY PHOTO as well, then you would need to purchase a Photo Op "Print Off" Ticket to be turned in AT THE TIME of your regular Photo Op ticket. Anything turned in later, would not be guaranteed an immediate print off, but rather by the end of the show day.
