Now that another great show is in the books, we are already getting excited for our next big event, which will take place MARCH 17-19, 2023. We will be clearing the website from this past show soon, and adjusting the info to reflect March. Player information for March will begin to appear in January. Pricing will follow when pre-sale begins again early February. While we are in the planning stages, please make sure you do the following, which we know will be super helpful for all customers.
1. FULLY READ THE HOME PAGE. (Scroll from top to bottom). Most questions people have are all answered on the home page.
2. ADD YOUR EMAIL CAREFULLY TO THE RED SUBSCRIPTIOIN SECTION (on the home page) By doing this, you will get our Constant Contact emails full of information about our upcoming events, show information, private signings & helpful tips.
3. Keep your eyes out for Pre-Sale & Mail Order start/ due dates. They are always posted on the home page.
4. If you are planning to be a VENDOR at our next event, the contract for March is ALREADY UP and can be found under the Vendor Info Tab. Download, fill out, and email to Shannon. No Money Necessary at this time.

There will be a Grading and Authentication company attending our show. However, they are independent contractors so you would need to contact them directly to see what their services will be during show hours. You can contact them through their website or call them directly.

If you are purchasing a PHOTO OP ticket, please know you are paying for a DIGITAL image we store on our website for you to download to your cell, PC or laptop. If you would like a HARD COPY PHOTO as well, then you would need to purchase a Photo Op "Print Off" Ticket to be turned in AT THE TIME of your regular photo op ticket. Anything turned in later, would not be guaranteed an immediate print off, but rather by the end of the show day. All digital photos will be posted to the Photo Op Gallery tab of the website End of Day Monday following the show.
We've added a couple new types of admission tickets for you to choose from. On Friday only, we offer a Sneak Peek pass ($25) which allows you to enter the show at 1pm and stay until closing 8:30pm During the sneak peek hours from 1-3:30, you will have time to visit our vendors and make deals without any guest signers during that time.
The Weekend Pass ($40) is a 3 day admission ticket but we have included the Sneak Peek in that price. The Weekend Pass is an excellent deal even if you don't come at 1pm, because a single day pass is $15 per day. We also offer a VIP Admission Package. Please go to the VIP TAB on the website to see all that you get for your $149. (per person)
Please plan to arrive early to the show, especially if you have not collected your tickets yet. Once you have your admission and autograph tickets, you will be responsible for them from that point on and will not need to stand in pick up lines again. The Donald E Stephens Center has a parking garage across the street. Call them directly for info. It will take a bit to get your admission and auto tickets so give yourself enough time. We have sped up the process but you still don't want to arrive too late. Once you've entered the room, there are NO REFUNDS for ADMISSION TICKETS.
It is so important to READ THE HOME PAGE from top to bottom. 99% of questions we are asked are found on the home page. If you don't understand the terminology used under the guest lists, please locate the section of the home page called RULES OF THE GAME. We also have a section where you can sign up to be on our distribution list and get all of our important Constant Contact emails. When the show begins, any changes, flight delays, and cancellations will be posted at the TOP of the home page. You need to check it OFTEN. Refresh your screen and continue to look even when you are at the show. We will post any changes that occur.

The Chicago Sports Spectacular is a 350+ vendor table show selling sports and non-sports memorabilia & collectibles. We feature sports athletes, Hollywood stars and other interesting TV personalities who sign autographs and participate in photo opportunities (photo ops). Don't miss our shows every Nov. and March, and occasionally a smaller summer show. Subscribe to our constant contact email on our website towards the bottom of the home page in the red box & avoid missing important updates.
Ordering pre-sale tickets is quick and simple. First, you want to REFRESH the screen so that any new guests or corrections that have been added have been updated. Then, click on the Buy Autograph Tickets tab to bring you into the LIVE STORE. Once inside all items are listed in ABC order. To make it quicker for you to find your guest, Click the drop down box on left to display the various categories. Choose your category (Fri, Sat, Sun, VIP, Admission, Sneak Peek, Weekend Pass, Authentication JSA, Etc.) Once you choose a ticket, click on it and a drop down box will fall so you can choose the amount of tix you wish to purchase. OR you can use the SEARCH feature at the top of the store (the magnifying glass) to type the tickets you want. ADD to the cart. Continue to shop until ALL YOUR CHOICES are in ONE cart. You will have a chance to preview your cart BEFORE you check out. Please take the time to carefully do so. Then, follow the check out process. You can either use credit card or pay pal at check out. If you have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to call the facility 954-227-1565. Once you check out and pay, we are UNABLE to alter the order so please take your time. If a change has to be made, we will have to cancel and refund your order, and you will have to start again.

This admission ticket allows you to enter the show 2 1/2 hours earlier (1pm) through closing. No signers will be there during this time. You should pick up your Pre-Sale tickets before the long lines begin. This is a time to SHOP WITH OUR VENDORS! VIP's welcome too. You must have a ticket to enter.
The show offers photo ops for our guests. In addition to the digital image for your photo op, you have the option to purchase a Professional 8x10 Glossy Photo with a "Print Off" ticket only $10 additional. A link will be provided at the photo booth OR click on Photo Op Gallery above to retrieve your image.
Flat Item: A flat item is a trading card, photograph, magazine, book, newspaper or poster. Note: Some guests have size restrictions on their "flat" item. Check individual guest pricing for details. **Baseballs and mini helmets tend to fall in the "flat" pricing category unless otherwise noted.
All Other Items: Any item that doesn't fall in the flat item category listed above. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: full size helmets, bobble heads, statues and figurines in packages, caps, batting helmets, shoes, misc. equipment, footballs, basketballs, bats, jerseys, gloves, and loose numbers.
Artwork: Artwork is not considered a "flat item" but is usually considered in the "All Other Items" category. Some guests have a separate price category for "Artwork," which would be listed separately under their pricing structure.
Inscriptions: Any written verbiage outside of a guest's basic autograph limited to a maximum of 3 words such as HOF '98, MVP 2015, WS Champs.
Inscription tickets must be accompanied by an autograph ticket. Guests will NOT add an inscription to a previously signed item.
Photo Op: A professional photo of you and your guest will be taken. You will be given a link to access your photo online. If you would like a hard glossy 8x10 copy of the photo, you can advance purchase it during pre-sale or purchase a "Print Off" ticket at the ticket booth for $10 additional. For a celebrity guest photo op, up to 2 people may be included in the one photograph. Generally, photo ops take place 15-20 minutes prior to the guest's sign time. Photo op lines are generally on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. However, if a guest has sold over 25 tickets, we normally will call numbers based on your ticket. However, VIP's ALWAYS line up first, no matter how many tickets are sold.

PLEASE NOTE: If an athlete should cancel their appearance, you can come to the ticket booth for a full refund or exchange. You must have your UNUSED tickets in order for the refund or exchange to occur. Please allow 5-10 business days for refund to show on your bank statement.
PLEASE NOTE: The Chicago Sports Spectacular is NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please check your order at the booth before walking away. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Treat your tickets like money. Do not throw away your tickets/order form if you plan to exchange or return them.
